Event ticket terms

These terms govern tickets sold by KMF Ventures LLC through Whooshly Events. By purchasing or registering, you agree to these terms and the details shown on the event listing.

The ticket

Your ticket admits the number and type of attendees shown in the order confirmation to the named event. Tickets may not be resold commercially. We may refuse a transfer where identity, age, capacity or safety requirements make it impractical.

Event details

The event listing states the organizer, date, local time, time zone, venue or online format, price, capacity and material entry requirements. You are responsible for reviewing those details before checkout and providing a working email address.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe using the payment methods shown at checkout. KMF Ventures LLC is the ticket seller. Whooshly does not receive or store your full payment-card number.

Changes, cancellation and refunds

Our refund and cancellation policy is part of these terms. We may make reasonable programme, speaker or agenda changes that do not materially alter the event. If we cancel or materially change the event, the remedies in that policy apply.

Attendance and conduct

Attendees must follow reasonable venue, safety and conduct instructions. We may remove a person whose behaviour is unsafe, unlawful or materially disruptive. A removal for such conduct does not create a right to a refund.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability relating to a ticket or event will not exceed the amount paid for that ticket. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
